Live Appointment Policies
ReadingsbyHalliwell grants a 15 minute grace period for all live appointments. If you miss your appointment without contacting the practitioner prior to the appointment time, then you are granted 1 free reschedule. After that you forfeit your payment and must pay for a new appointment.
24 hours prior to your appointment you have the ability to change or cancel your appointment. Please utilize your confirmation email to change or cancel your appointment if needed.
